I Might Not Be Able to Say Massachusetts Like a Boston Socialite, but I Do Like Living Here

When I was a kid I had a hard time saying Massachusetts in grade school. I’m still not sure I say it perfectly well! I can remember my teacher breaking it down into the various syllables and having me say it slowly. When I could say it slowly, she would ask me to say it fast. Then I would mess up. Though I might never be able to say it with a refined Boston accent, I really like living here. Recently my wife and I were looking for apartments in Arlington MA to live close to Cambridge but not right in it.

I have always liked visiting Arlington, and when I saw them building the Arlington 360 apartment complex that also has town homes, I was interested in us giving up our lease and moving there. We have never lived in a brand new place. I wondered what it would be like to be the first tenant in a brand new three bedroom apartment in Arlington, Massachusetts. We contacted the leasing company to be able to lease the floorplan we wanted early. We moved in as soon as it was ready for occupancy. Now the whole complex and grounds are a gem to behold. We really like it here. The pool, the garage for parking, the proximity to scenic trails including the Minuteman Trail and so much more.

This is a dream come true for us. We are living in a smoke-free community with controlled access to the apartment buildings, and they allow us to have our two dogs! This is perfect. I thought we would have to settle for much less because we had pets, but the new residential building projects are more likely to let you have your pets than some of the older places that still have the old policies in place.
